The electromagnetic heating system consists of two parts: the electromagnetic controller and the heating ring. The output end of the original unit is controlled by the temperature of the power heating output contactor (or solid-state relay) through the electromagnetic controller to rectify, filter, inverter into 25-30KHZ high-frequency alternating current, through the connection line to the electromagnetic heating ring, high-frequency alternating current through the insulation material on the barrel, so that the barrel itself heats. In addition, the power supply can also be directly input to the electromagnetic controller, and the original temperature controller is directly used to control the electromagnetic controller.
